The third season of Star Trek: Discovery is on its way and it's been a while since fans have gotten news about the upcoming season. However, the Star TrekUniverse panel at Comic-Con@Home saw the reunion of the Discovery crew, teasing what's to come in the series, one of which is Emperor Georgiou's state going into Season 3.

The Season 2 finale sent Burnham and the Discovery jumping a thousand years into the future in an undiscovered country. While star Sonequa Martin-Green says this time jump was a sort of "salvation" for her character, Michelle Yeoh's Georgiou isn't quite delighted with it. "Into Season 3? I think she's really pissed off," she said during the panel. "It's like, ‘Michael Burnham, don't get in my way.'"

Yeoh pointed out that Georgiou always "finds her way into adapting because she is a survivor with many skills," and she can be a "formidable ally or an enemy." While she goes in there all pissed off, the actress believes Georgiou will find her way around "very quickly."

As for whether or nor she seeks power, Yeoh says power is something that Georgiou inherently has. "She doesn't even seek it," the actress adds. "She just has it."

The Star Trek Universe panel also featured some teases for the Pike spinoff show, Strange New Worlds. A first look at Lower Decks was released as well.

Unfortunately, a release date for the third season of Star Trek: Discovery wasn't revealed during the panel but expect its arrival soon on CBS All Access.
