Spider-Man Far from Home: Extended Clip has Peter Meeting Mysterio

UPDATE: The clip has officiall been released. Check it out here:

The original article is as follows:

We just got a new trailer for Spider-Man: Far from Home, but The Ellen Show actually aired a whole new clip of Spider-Man meeting Mysterio for the first time. They haven't released the clip officially, but a recorded version of the clip has somehow leaked online.

Check it out:

"There are multiple realities, Peter. This is Earth Dimension 616, I'm from Earth 833. We share identical physical constants, level four symmetry."

Besides the introduction between the two characters, we get a bit more on this "multi-verse" explanation, with Mysterio going so far as to hint that the MCU is the "main" timeline calling it Earth 616. Anyone who's convinced that Mysterio is a villain though is already sure that he's just spouting some sci-fi jargon in order to help sell his lie. The main guess right now is that Mysterio himself is behind the Elementals, and he's pretending to be able to fight them for the fame and glory.

While we fans think that we can see right through him, Mysterio must be pretty good counting that he was able to fool Nick Fury and Maria Hill; and based on the trailer, Peter Parker may have a hard time clashing with him seeing as Quentin Beck might enter a mentor role in this movie in place of Tony Stark.

With the second trailer out, I'm guessing we'll get the last one next month as July draws nearer. So far Sony has been able to sell the film without spoiling too much. Hopefully, it stays that way until the movie comes out.

Catch Spider-Man: Far from Home in theaters July 2.
