Despite the fact that we've yet to get actual confirmation from Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will reprise their Spidey roles in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom is pretty convinced that the two actors are indeed going to show up in "the most ambitious superhero film ever made".

Hollywood tipsters have long reported on social media that Tobey and Andrew will in fact make their triumphant comeback despite the studio's efforts to keep everything under wraps.

Speaking of tipsters, insider Daniel Richtman recently took to Twitter to confirm the extent of Maguire and Garfield's involvement. The initial belief within the fandom was that the two will only be playing supporting roles in the Tom Holland film but as it turns out, they will co-lead Spider-Man: No Way Home which means that they'll mostly play a significant role in the upcoming film.

We still don't have any idea when Marvel and Sony plan to drop the first official trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home but there's a huge chance that it could hit us from out of nowhere anytime soon considering we're only five months away from the film's release.

Hopefully, the studios take advantage of the opportunity and will use the trailer to finally confirm Tobey and Andrew's involvement because quite frankly, webheads are tired of getting their intelligence insulted.

Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas on December 17, 2021.
