Sound Euphonium is back with its third season. To celebrate, Sound Euphonium announced a Seiko collaboration that features two eye-catching watches with designs inspired by the main characters’ uniforms.
This is also a premium collection that won’t come cheap. Aside from being made with quality materials, these watches will be made in limited quantities.
To be exact, only 2,000 units will be made of each watch, meaning these will be among the most exclusive Sound Euphonium merch that fans can get.
Sound Euphonium Celebrates Season 3 With Seiko Watch Collab
Sound Euphonium is a slice-of-life music anime that began in April 2015; the second season aired in the Winter 2016 season.
Fans had to wait a while, but the anime finally returned in August 2023 as Kyoto Animation released the Ensemble Contest OVA. Now, fans can also watch new episodes of the third season weekly as it premiered on April 7, 2024.
To mark the show’s return, the anime teamed up with Seiko for a watch collection that features two models.
The first is a silver watch with a blue face and metal band that’s inspired by the Kitauji High School summer uniform. Meanwhile, the other model has a brown colored face and a leather band based on the school’s winter uniform.
Both watches feature eye-catching design elements such as musical notes and instruments on the watch face, along with the anime’s logo on the bottom.

Sound Euphonium x Seiko Watches Price Revealed
At the back meanwhile, both watches feature an engraving of the anime’s logo alongside a number out of 2,000, referring to the number of models that are produced for each watch.
Each watch is priced at 54,780 JPY (around 350 USD). While not that expensive in the realm of luxury watches, it’s still a steep price compared to other anime merch, though not as expensive as the Yamaha collab.
The price tag does at least give buyers a premium collector’s box that features a visual of the show’s main characters on the inside.

Sound Euphonium Seiko Watches: Release Date and Where to Buy
In Japan, this Seiko watch collection is available for pre-order now via Premico by IEI. Buyers can place their orders now, though the watches will be shipped in October 2024.
Currently, there’s no word on if Seiko will bring this collection to the US. That likely won’t happen though given that premium anime collabs like these are typically Japan-exclusive.
