In one of Son Ye Jin’s Instagram stories, the actress posted a caption that says Confidential Assignment 2, supporting Hyun Bin’s new movie.
Apart from watching her husband’s blockbuster film, what struck fans were the details on the ticket hinting that Son Ye Jin had a movie date with Hyun Bin.
It came after the ticket slot featured the time, 9:40 p.m on Sunday (October 2nd), with two seats reserved.
Netizens were thrilled and, at the same time, envied the newlyweds’ happy life.
Hyun Bin’s Movie Confidential Assignment 2 Surpasses 6 Million Moviegoers
Following Son Ye Jin’s Instagram post, CJ ENM, the distributor of the film, celebrated another success of Confidential Assignment 2.
On its official SNS, the company revealed that the action comedy film had surpassed 6 million viewers from the time it had its theatrical release on September 7.

The photo featured Hyun Bin, Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, Jin Sun Kyu, and Park Hoon, along with director Lee Seok smiling brightly as they marked a new success.
It came after the Korean Film Council cited that the sequel scored 6,000,559 moviegoers as of October 2.
As obtained by Soompi, the movie beat Tom Cruise’s Top Gun: Maverick as the film that holds the fastest record to hit 6 million at the Korean box office.
In addition, Confidential Assignment 2 is the third Korean movie to hit the 6 million mark at the 2022 box office, joining The Roundup starring Ma Dong Seok and Hansan: Rising Dragon.
Confidential Assignment 2 is a sequel to the blockbuster movie that initially aired in 2017.
After 5 years, the dynamic duo, North Korean detective Im Chul Ryung, played by Hyun Bin, reunite with South Korean detective Kang Jin Tae, portrayed by Yoo Hae Jin sets a new mission along with FBI agent Jack, played by Daniel Henney.
The trio’s mission is to catch the new villain Jang Myeong Jun, portrayed by Jin Seon Kyu.
From the action-packed series, viewers get to see the love triangle between Park Min Young, played by Im YoonA Im Chul Ryung and Jack.
