It’s hard to escape Hailey Bieber’s fans, as a simple caption change on Instagram post has sparked a major speculation about what she may be going through amid growing concerns about her marriage to Justin Bieber.
Social media users couldn’t help but call out the 28-year-old model after she made a cryptic edit to her caption, seemingly alluding to the state of her married life.
What Did Hailey Bieber’s Post Say?
In a series of her beach videos and photos, Hailey initially captioned it with, “lemon drop martinis and therapy all summer long.”
The Rhode founder was wearing different bikinis in her snaps while enjoying her drink under the sun. Justin was nowhere to be found in her post.
However, eagle-eyed fans then noticed that Hailey’s caption was changed into “lemon drop martinis all summer long,” removing the word “therapy” that might have raised concern among her followers.
Sure enough, many left comments on her post questioning the sudden edit.
“Wait didn’t this post just say ‘therapy and lemon drop martinis all day long’? Am I now hallucinating insta posts?” Instagram user @ms_sensosketch asked.
“Why did you delete the ‘therapy’ part friend,” @melymcado questioned.
“Too many people already screenshotted the ‘therapy’ part … too late to change it Hailey,” @caribbean_nella suggested.
Why Did Hailey Bieber Change the Caption of Her Post?
Though Hailey didn’t explain why she removed the word “therapy” in her post, she may have been trying to avoid sparking speculation—especially amid ongoing rumors about her marriage to Justin.
There has also been growing concern for the pop superstar himself after he posted a series of selfies and a cryptic message about “transactional relationships.”
“Tire of transactional relationships,” he wrote. “If I have to do something to be loved that’s not love.”
The Canadian singer accompanied her post with a blurry photo of himself and another with visible sunken cheek. The post prompted his fans to express concern, with many seeing it as a possible “cry for help.”
One user, @kassia_swierczynski, even believed that the post was a reference to Hailey, suggesting the mother of his child might be urging him to go to rehab.
“Hailey begging you to go to rehab is not transactional, please give this woman a break,” she commented.
“All his posts and captions seem like personal attacks to Hailey how is this woman still with him, she continuously gets publicly embarrassed by her own husband,” @6teenpills added.
Despite ongoing rumors about a looming divorce, Hailey dismissed the claims in her May Vogue cover story.
“You would think after having a child, people would maybe move on, chill out a little bit, but no,” she said, referencing their son, Jack. “I thought seven years in it would’ve [died down] already, and it hasn’t.”
For starters, Hailey and Justin tied the knot in 2018 and are now celebrating seven years of marriage. They now share nine-month-old Jack.
