Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings may have been about the comic book hero in the film's title but some people are finding it hard to keep their eyes off a completely different character. Razor Fist trended on social media as smitten fans posted thirsty tweets about Florian Munteanu's character.
We already know that Munteanu will play Razor Fist in Shang-Chi but we only got a small glimpse at the character (and his razor fist) in the trailers. Back then, people were only mildly curious about the Ten Rings warrior and were making jokes about his name. However, things changed when the Marvel Cinematic Universe flick finally hit theaters.
In the film, Razor Fist leads the other members of the Ten Rings as they attack Shang-Chi on a bus. Munteanu had an epic entrance that captured fan attention and the epic fight scene that ensued couldn't distract thirsty fans from the new MCU character.
We can't really blame people for being smitten with Razor Fist in Shang-Chi. Despite being one of the bad guys, the warrior was the first one to rally the rest of the Ten Rings to work with the villagers when it was revealed that Wenwu's actions will lead to terrible consequences. He's a baddie with a big heart and a body to match.
So is there any chance that we'll get to see more of Razor Fist in the future? Munteanu has previously stated that we could learn more about his character's backstory in a future MCU project, most possibly in Shang-Chi 2. In addition to that, the film pretty much confirmed there will be more of the Ten Rings soon so fans can rest assured that there's more Razor Fist to look forward to.
