SF9 Rowoon talks about his relationship and deep affection for his parents in an episode of tvN’s House on Wheels.
Along with guest Kim Ha Neul, fellow hosts Sung Dong Il and Kim Hee Won detail their connections with their families despite their busy schedules.
While the group is going for a drive, the idol-actor notices a familiar place and shares that he and his mother once visited.
As the chat continued, veteran actor Sung Dong Il spoke about his son, who is in freshman high school.
SF9 Rowoon Shares Closeness With Parents
The Curtain Call star revealed that his son used to give him a big hug whenever he gets home.
Interestingly, Rowoon confessed that he does that too, revealing that he also kisses his dad until now.
A bit surprised by his revelation, Kim Ha Neul clarified if it was Rowoon’s dad and even joked that she would raise her kids like the actor.
On the other hand, Sung Dong Il praised his co-star, pointing out Rowoon’s unexpected charm.
"That's so lovely, your father must have thought so too,” he said.
Interestingly, the discussion regarding Rowoon's family didn't stop there as the veteran actor seemed curious about his closeness to his parents.
When Sung Dong Il asked the SF9 member if he is still close with his dad, the idol-actor answered yes and revealed a surprising anecdote.
"I still play with him a lot, take videos together and all that. If I have a hard time, I also call my mom and cry,” he said as obtained by GStarLive.
For Rowoon, despite his age, and achievements in life and career, he still values his parents.
“I'm still young, but still, it makes me sad because I can see my dad getting older,” he said, sharing his special bond with his father.
“My sister and mother are friends, but my father seems to be a little lonely, so I'm heartbroken," he said.

Born and raised in Seoul, Rowoon, whose real name is Kim Seokwoo, has a close relationship with his mother, father, and older sister, who is two years older than the actor.
