Scheana Shay’s attorney has broken her silence over the claims she punched Raquel Leviss in the face, resulting in an injured brow and black eye. The former’s lawyer revealed no such thing happened, and the former pageant queen just fabricated everything, calling her a “liar” and a cheater.
Leviss filed for a temporary restraining order, claiming Shay punched her during a heated confrontation after news emerged that she had a months-long affair with Tom Sandoval behind Ariana Madix’s back.
Scheana Shay’s Attorney Addresses the Punching Issue
Neama Rahmani, President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told Page Six that Shay never punched Leviss.
“This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” she said. “Scheana never punched Rachel, period. The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”
The former federal prosecutor also confirmed that no one from the Vanderpump Rules cast is talking to Leviss anymore.

“Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward,” Rahmani added.
She continued that the judge only “heard a one-sided account” of what happened. So, she was looking forward to presenting “the full and true story” at their upcoming hearing on March 29.
Leviss’ rep is yet to address the claim.
Raquel Leviss Shares Pictures of Her Alleged Black Eye
Leviss shared some snaps of her alleged black eye in court documents obtained by Page Six. She claimed Shay hurt her after confessing her affair with Sandoval while the latter was still with Shay’s best friend, Madix.

However, the alleged cut to ho her eyebrow documented in the filing wasn’t visible in the snap.
Friends, Fans Doubt Raquel Leviss’ Claim Against Scheana Shay
Friends of Shay and some fans believed Leviss already had a black eye even before their alleged heated confrontation happened.
Kael Ramsay Ackerson, whose friends with many Vanderpump Rules stars, shared his two cents about it on Instagram.
“Sooooo I’ve tried to stay out of this whole thing, but one thing we’re not about to do is lie,” he captioned a slideshow of Leviss’ photos taken before March 1, when the alleged incident took place. “All these photos were before #wwhl and in all of these this so-called ‘black eye’ was present @raquelleviss this is not how you treat family but again everything comes to light.”

In the post, a make-up-free Leviss could be seen, and the photo taken in November 2022 already showed discoloration underneath her left eye. The same discoloration was visible in a clip from Shay’s vlog from the two girls’ recent trip to New York for a press tour.
“What you’ve done is disgusting enough. But to LIE about a black eye?” Tori Keeth chimed in, sharing Ackerson’s post. “Come on Raquel, we’re not stupid. You are. You’ve had this black eye since BEFORE you were ‘supposedly’ punched.”
