Roh Jung Eui is savoring fame following the success of Our Beloved Summer.
Roh Jung Eui started her career in the industry as a child actress, appearing in several award-winning movies and dramas, including Bachelor's Vegetable Store, Hose Doctor, Full House Take 2, Dream High 2, Pinnochio, and The Phone.
As she grows up, she also takes more complicated roles that she challenged herself as a teen star by appearing in JTBC's 18 Again and KBS2's Dear M. After a long wait, she scored her breakthrough supporting role in the recently-ended Our Beloved Summer. The same series even brought the first award she ever scored thus far, winning the Best New Actress at the 2021 SBS Drama Awards last month.

Roh Jung Eui Wants Our Beloved Summer Fans To Remember Series
Roh Jung Eui rose to fame in the series by playing NJ's role, an idol with a one-sided crush on Choi Woong. She and the whole team scored their personal best in viewership ratings on its January 25 episode.
In a new interview shared by Xportsnews, the Korean actress expressed her gratitude to everyone who supported the series until the end. She also shared her hopes, saying she wants the project to be remembered even after airing its last episode.

"This was a drama that all the actors and staff members put a lot of effort into filming and I'm so, so thankful that it feels like we were rewarded with much love from viewers. I hope this project is remembered as one that will remain in your hearts for a long, long time," she said.
It is safe to say that the actress gave her all while making the drama as she breathed life to NJ and transformed herself into a lovable and bright character. Per Roh Jung Eui, she focused on her character's emotions and learned how to step back instead of feeling inferior.
Roh Jung Eui Was Worried About This
Though she quickly adopted on Our Beloved Summer's set, the actress reportedly felt a little worried as she had to bleach her hair for the first time. Since she had to follow the character's styling, she reportedly worked hard and showed the perfect aura of a top idol.
"Since it wouldn't make sense in the drama if my roots were grown out, I had to bleach my hair every two weeks. My hair kept breaking, so I was able to experience a bit of the pain that idols go through," she explained.
Still, the viewers loved her style and told her it suited her, making her efforts definitely worth everything.
