Robert Pattinson's Reaction to Steven Soderbergh Taking Over The Batman Part II

In a recent interview with GamesRadar+, Robert Pattinson opened up about his reaction to the news that Steven Soderbergh has stepped in to take over the principal photography for The Batman Part II.
He complimented the filmmaker for helping them finish the movie after Reeves' exit and shared his excitement about working with him.
"I am so happy he's come on to help Matt. It's incredibly generous of him – and he's doing it in the loveliest way. It's completely selfless," the actor said.
"I think Matt had put so much work into the script, and we're almost done. So for someone to come in and say, 'I just want to help Matt do it; I want to do it in conjunction with him and just get it to the edit.' And to have someone who's as talented as Steven doing it is great."
When asked whether filming has already restarted, Pattinson revealed that it indeed has resumed and he is set to work on the set again.
"I think they're in production already. And I'm starting in a couple of days," he said.
While Soderbergh is taking over production of the film, fans have nothing to worry about regarding Reeves' involvement, since he is still part of the project and is expected to take charge of post-production.
"Just to be clear, I am not leaving The Batman Part II. I am profoundly grateful to Steven for coming to my aid during this challenging time to help me finish principal photography. Thank you to all for your concern and well wishes," Reeves said at the time of the Soderbergh announcement.
