Riverdale Season 6's first five episodes are set in what appears to be an alternate reality in a little town called Rivervale, and while things are somewhat similar to how we remember them from the Season 5 finale, they couldn't be more different if they tried.

Riverdale Season 6, Episode 4 Spoilers
The show's fourth episode, titled The Witching Hour(s), will feature the long-awaited crossover between Riverdale and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.
Cheryl and Nana Rose will reach out to Sabrina in this episode as Bailey's Comet passes over Rivervale.
We shall most certainly learn more about the Blossom ladies, who met a horrible end as a result of their affiliation with witchcraft over the decades. Thornhill's darkly magical history will therefore be revealed. We also expect Sabrina and Cheryl to have a witchy, sisterly bond.
And with Sabrina's arrival in Rivervale, the forces of good and evil will be ready to fight. Another significant narrative point in this episode might be an investigation into the destiny of all individuals who sold their souls to the Devil, such as Kevin and Jughead.
We might also get a peek at Betty's reaction to Glen Scot's murder. It's likely that Sabrina will use her abilities to help the people of Rivervale, and she may even have to face Lou Cypher (the Devil) himself.
Riverdale Season 6, Episode 4 Release Date
The Witching Hour(s) will air on The CW on Dec. 7, at 9/8c. The fifth episode of Rivervale, a special five-episode event, will air on Dec. 14, around halfway through the sixth season. After a brief pause, the remainder of the sixth season will be picked up on Mar. 6, 2022.
New episodes will be released on a weekly basis every Tuesday, with a runtime of approximately 45 minutes each.
