The Quintessential Quintuplets, produced by Bibury Animation Studios, are currently on their second season as the story of the Nakano quintuplets unfolds with their private tutor Futaro Uesugi. The series is based on a Japanese Shōnen manga of the same name by Negi Haruba.
The quintuplets Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki Nakano belong to a rich family, however, none of them seem to be interested in studying as they focus on other things such as sports, baking, and the likes. Each of the quintuplets has a different personality and style making it easier to distinguish which is which.
In efforts to improve their poor grades, their family hired Futaro Uesugi to be the private tutor of the quintuplets. Futaro is academically gifted despite his difficult status in life where he lost his mother, his father debt-ridden, and he has no friends inside and outside of school.
At first, some of the quintuplets reject having Futaro in their apartment, treating him as a stranger, but with his grit, tenacity, and diligence, he, later on, convinces each to accept his help in hopes of performing better academically in school.
Through the series, it was shown that Futaro has built special relationships with each of the quintuplets, and in a flashforward, it was revealed that Futaro will be marrying one of them but the identity as to who of the quintuplets will be his bride remains a mystery.
Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 Episode 8 Where To Watch with English Subtitles
The Quintessential Quintuplets will be available on both Funimation and Crunchyroll for wider distribution across the globe. For those who are located in New Zealand and Australia, AnimeLab previews the Quintessential Quintuplets' latest episodes.
Funimation and AnimeLab give the viewers an English Simuldub of the series where it has an English dub while Crunchyroll, has the episodes in its original Japanese audio with English subtitles. Crunchyroll not only offers English subs, but it also has a selection of Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish subtitles.

The Quintessential Quintuplets Season 2 Episode 8 premieres on February 26, 2021, for the premium subscribers of both Funimation and Crunchyroll. For those who are yet to have a subscription, it will be airing for free on March 5, 2021.
