Kathy Griffin recently poked fun at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after watching the first three episodes of Harry & Meghan. The comedian also said that she tunes in to the next three instalments of the docuseries, which are slated for release on Dec. 15.
Kathy Griffin Made Fun Of Prince Harry And Meghan Markle After Watching Harry & Meghan?
On her social media account, Kathy Griffin uploaded a video where she made digs at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The comedian likened the Duke of Sussex to Armie Hammer, who was accused of abuse, rape, and sending vulgar messages to women on social media.
Since Prince Harry first saw Markle on Instagram, Griffin tried to make a connection between him and Hammer.
“I thought this was going to be a great love story… Prince Harry’s like Armie freaking Hammer. Yeah, what if Prince Harry is the new House of Hammer? Prince Harry was just flipping through Instagram looking for another hot brunette, like every other guy in LA. So, I’m disappointed,” she said (on Page Six).
The funny woman also made fun of Prince Harry and Markle’s philanthropy by suggesting that the royal family hasn’t done anything to help the world.
“Acting like they can do so much good in the world, which is great and aspirational. But when was the last time a royal did anything that helped the world? That’s all I’m saying,” she said.

Kathy Griffin Reacts To Meghan Markle’s Deal Or No Deal Claims?
Griffin also thinks it’s hilarious that Markle said some negative things about Deal or No Deal, even if it paved the way for her to get more opportunities in the entertainment industry.
“[Meghan] kinda acts like she was never on Deal or No Deal and when I say ‘kinda acts like,’ I mean they don’t acknowledge it at all which is hilarious to me. That’s a good gig if you’re an actress, union, high-paying job,” Griffin said.
The comedian also questioned why Markle made it seem as though she had no idea what hair and makeup were, even if she has been in the business for years.
“[She’s] acting like she doesn’t even know what hair and makeup are. ‘I’ve never been in this situation where someone would take my picture,’” Griffin said while pretending to be Markle.
“You’re an actor…” Griffin added.
Piers Morgan Says Prince Harry And Meghan Markle Should Be Stripped Of Their Royal Titles?
Other than Griffin, several others also slammed Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following the release of Harry & Meghan.
Piers Morgan called the docuseries a reality show. The Brit also said that no one went out of their way to destroy Markle, and she was the one who destroyed herself.
“Nobody set out to destroy you. You destroyed yourself. What she said is garbage,” he said (via Mirror UK).
Days later, Morgan also said that Prince Harry and Markle should be stripped of their royal titles.
“King Charles needs to strip these two poisonous rats of all remaining titles & ties to the royal family and needs to do it fast before they destroy the Monarchy,” he tweeted (via Yahoo! News).
