"At the start of our session, I lifted the lid, took a deep sniff. Like a tab of LSD," he wrote, Page Six reported.

The outlet noted that the perfume Prince Harry was referring to was First by Van Cleef & Arpels. The ingredients of the perfume include hyacinth, rose, jasmine, amber and sandalwood.
Princess Diana loves perfumes. Aside from what Prince Harry brings to his therapy sessions, the late Princess of Wales also owned Penhaligon's Bluebell, Hermès 24 Faubourg ($168) and Houbigant Paris Quelques Fleurs ($105), which she used at her royal wedding in 1981.
