The whole world was shocked over the weekend following the news of the passing of Jason David Frank and his co-stars from the original Power Rangers paid each of their tributes online showing their love to the late actor and mixed martial artist.

Austin St. John who played the original Red Ranger of the Power Rangers, Jason Lee Scott, shared on Twitter a heartfelt tribute to the late Jason David Frank, “Once a ranger, always a ranger” thoughts and prayers…."

Meanwhile, the original Kimberly Hart a.k.a. Pink Ranger, Amy Jo Johnson, shared on Instagram, "Jase, you were beautiful and truly unique. My life just won’t be the same without your frenetic, hilarious, caring, driven and creative ball of energy. I will always love you, dear friend. Please Rest now In Peace…"

The first Black Ranger Zack Taylor, Walter Jones, was in shock upon learning the news and shared a video of Frank on Instagram, "Cant believe it was the last time!"

Steve Cardenas who played as the second Red Ranger, Rocky DeSantos, posted his own tribute on Instagram, "Jason David Frank is and forever will be an icon. JDF was a good soul and my brother both on screen and off. The Ranger Nation lost a real hero."

Other cast members such as Nakia Burrise who played the first Yellow Turbo Ranger, and Blake Foster, who portrayed the Blue Turbo Ranger also shared their grief on the passing of Frank online.

The whole Ranger Nation, through the official Twitter page of the Power Rangers also paid tribute to Frank, "All of Ranger Nation is deeply saddened by the loss of Jason David Frank. JDF brought countless smiles to fans over the years, and he will be greatly missed. May the Power protect him, always."

The death of Jason David Frank was confirmed by his manager, Justin Hunt, through Entertainment Weekly and Associated Press. The actor and mixed martial artist died in Texas. While the cause of his death was not disclosed by family members nor his manager, TMZ reported that their sources said the reason was suicide.

Hunt delivered the news of the passing of Jason David Frank and asked, "Please respect the privacy of his family and friends during this horrible time as we come to terms with the loss of such a wonderful human being. He loved his family, friends, and fans very much. He will be truly missed."

Jason David Frank was best known for playing the role of Tommy Oliver in the original Power Rangers series in the 90s which had various seasons and movies. He even had a cameo appearance in the 2017 Power Rangers. He was a mixed martial artist well-versed in Muay Thai, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo and more.
