Pokemon GO PVP Mode is Finally Coming Out This Week

After years of waiting, Nintendo will finally roll out the Pokemon GO PVP mode fans have wanted for years. Called the GO Battle League, Niantic has said that it will be coming to players, depending on their Trainer level. This might be seen as controversial for some but the move is being done so that the game maintains stability, which is important since it's always online and is prone to the occasional glitch or two.

Since this is a first for Niantic, they have basically stated that this is a beta test for the Pokemon GO Battle League, calling it the preseason. In the official blog of Niantic, the developers said they would be open to feedback and doing what they can to improve the GO Battle League for future use.

Fans that only want to catch Pokemon might also want to participate in the GO Battle League since they will have a chance to catch a wild Pikachu Libre. That's right if you're a fan of this costumed Pokemon from Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire, and Pokken Tournament then you're going to want to participate in GO Battle League. This variation of Pikachu also appears as an alternative skin in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Pokemon GO is now available on iOS and Android devices. The Pokemon GO Battle League launches later this week, fans just have to be patient, depending on their Trainer rank.
