What Happened Before Parallel World Pharmacy Episode 5?
In Parallel World Pharmacy Episode 4, The Empress and an Imperial Charter, Elizabeth getting well from Pharma's treatment is being called a miracle, however, Bruno claims Pharma's knowledge may be deemed heresy and he tells Pharma that someone put an infection on Elizabeth purposely.
Noah, a pager from the court of Elizabeth, tells Pharma that Elizabeth wants to reward him. What Pharma asks for is a pharmacy to treat both nobility and commoners. Elizabeth still worries that she may not be fit enough to rule but Pharma convinces her that she needs to do so.
After months, Elizabeth fully recovers, Bruno gets new lands, and Pharma becomes the Royal Pharmacist with a new pharmacy in the capital. He designs the place and it is accidentally named Parallel World Pharmacy.
There, the head of the Pharmacist Guild, Veron, wants to take down Pharma because the medicines in Pharma's pharmacy are cheap enough that the commoners can avail of them. Eleonore scared Veron away to prevent further trouble.
At the pharmacy, Pharma employs Charlotte as his errand girl and Bruno coincidentally retires Cedric, his accountant, for his difficulty to walk. Pharma hires Cedric after he deduces that Bruno did it on purpose. Bruno also gives Pharma gold to get the pharmacy up and running.
