NJ’s agency did not refute the issue because it seems that it was having a good impact on NJ’s image. So when NJ talked about it with Choi Ung, he decided not to respond to the scandal.
However, not responding to it just made the netizens believe they were really dating. This sent Yeon Su to imagine many things and almost believe the article.
She unconsciously finds herself in front of Choi Ung’s house with many jujubes. His manager lets him in, and after a while, someone rings the doorbell. NJ appears at the front door, which shocked both of them.
This unexpected encounter clarified the real deal between NJ and Choi Ung. NJ admitted that the articles about her dating Choi Ung are not true and that she hopes they were. She also confessed that she had feelings for Choi Ung and announced that she would not back off.
On the other hand, Ji Ung receives a real review of how he edits and directs the documentary. When the final day of shooting arrived, he was determined to wrap the documentary on a good note. However, Choi Ung, once again, goes AWOL.
Yeon Su looks for him everywhere. It turns out that Choi Ung has been going to the places that he usually goes to, but Yeon Su was a minute too late to see him.
Choi Ung ended up meeting Yeon Su’s grandmother. He found out everything that Yeon Su had experienced after ending their relationship. Then came a realization about his true feelings towards her.
Ji Ung then accepted that he has to avoid his feelings to affect the way of the documentary editing. He decides to edit the documentary professionally, taking the writer’s comment about his work to heart.
Our Beloved Summer Episode 11 also highlights Choi Ung and Yeon Su having the sincerest conversation they ever had. They both clarified their feelings and promised not to stop loving each other.
It was also revealed during the epilogue that Choi Ung was abandoned by his birth father and was only adopted by his current parents.
