One Piece Live-Action Cast Possibly Joining Netflix Geeked Week in June


There have been a lot of awesome updates for One Piece this month but we haven't been getting a lot of news on the live-action series so far. However, that could change in the next two months. Netflix Geeked Week has just been confirmed for June and there is a possibility that the cast of the upcoming show will be in attendance!

The official Netflix Geeked Twitter account has announced that Geeked Week is happening in the first week of June. The four-day event promises sneak peeks, trailers, and cast panels that will be attended by the stars of Netflix shows.

For now, the lineup has not yet been confirmed. But the official One Piece Netflix Instagram account was quick to repost the announcement then tagged the main cast of the live-action series. Zoro actor Mackenyu Arata also shared the post on his Instagram stories.

So does this mean that the cast of the Netflix One Piece series is going to attend Geeked Week? For now, it has not yet been confirmed. However, there is a huge chance we'll get an update about their attendance soon. In addition to that, we might finally get our first look at the highly anticipated live-action show.

The One Piece live-action series recently added Yellowjackets star Peter Gadiot as Red-Haired Shanks. He will join Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji. Additional cast members include Morgan Davies as Koby, Ilia Isorelýs Paulino as Alvida, McKinley Belcher III as Arlong, Jeff Ward as Buggy, Vincent Regan as Garth, and Aidan Scott as Helmeppo.

For now, the One Piece live-action series has not yet been given an official release date. However, fans are already expecting the show to premiere later this year. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
