One Piece Film: RED New Poster Reveals Straw Hats Alternate Outfits


We're already hyped up for One Piece Film: RED after all the character posters have been dropped. However, it looks like the new character designs are not the only things to look forward to in the upcoming anime movie. A new poster reveals that the Straw Hats will get a new set of outfits in the film!

The new One Piece Film: RED poster features the Straw Hats crew in completely new outfits. There are claims that the new outfits will be seen early in the movie before the crew switch to the looks that have already been revealed in the character posters. Check out the new poster below.

It's an awesome look at what could happen in One Piece Film: RED considering that Usopp is dressed like a member of the rock band KISS while Jimbe is obviously wearing a classic Elvis Presley jumpsuit. Everybody else looks ready for a trip to the beach so it's going to be interesting to see what goes down in the movie.

The first poster for the movie featured the mysterious new female character who will be introduced in the One Piece film. Although her name has not yet been revealed, her poster somehow pokes fun at Luffy.

One Piece Film: RED will be directed by Goro Taniguchi while Tsutomu Kuroiwa wrote the screenplay. Eiichiro Oda himself serves as executive producer on the movie.

The film will star Mayumi Tanaka as Monkey D. Luffy, Kazuya Nakai as Roronoa Zoro, Akemi Okamura as Nami, Kappei Yamaguchi as Usopp, Hiroaki Hirata as Sanji, Ikue Otani as Chopper, Yuriko Yamaguchi as Nico Robin, Kazuki Yao as Franky, Cho as Brook, Katsuhisa Hoki as Jimbei, and Shuichi Ikeda as Red-Haired Shanks. The voice actor for the new character has not yet been revealed.

One Piece Film: RED will be released in theaters in Japan on August 6, 2022. The international release dates have not yet been announced.
