Chopper's medicine for the Ice Oni virus works, and he's finally back to normal. Miyagi and Tristan are happy to see Chopper back to his normal state. They start preparing to administer the medicine on a larger scale.
Queen and Marco continue to battle. King intercepts some of Marco's attacks. Queen says he's going to turn the others into Ice Oni.
On the other hand, Apoo sees that Hyogoro defeated most of the Oniwabanshu and Mimawari-gumi. Drake now realizes why the samurai of Wano should not be taken lightly.
Yatappe is hesitant to kill Hyogoro, while the rest of the samurai are crying. Hyogoro tells Yatappe to get on with it because things will worsen if he becomes an Ice Oni. A struggling Ohmasa also asks Tsunagoro to kill him.
Meanwhile, Queen's subordinates who are affected by the Ice Oni virus ask him why they have to die from it too. Queen tells them to shut up. He calls the Ice Oni virus his masterpiece and starts talking about how his subordinates no longer have much value to him.
Just moments before Yatappe was about to cut Hyogoro, Chopper shows up and administers the antidote to Hyogoro. Hyogoro is back to normal, and everyone cheers and thanks Chopper.
Chopper, Tristan, and Miyagi then use a cannon to spread the antidote. They tell them to inhale the mist to recover from the virus.
Queen sees this and Chopper tells Queen he created a virus to counter his Ice Oni virus. Queen is angry to see that even his subordinates have been healed.
Queen attacks Chopper, but some of Queen's subordinates take the hit. They tell Queen they would rather side with Chopper, who saved their lives. Marco holds Queen while Chopper hits him.
On the rooftop, Luffy and the others are still fighting. Kaido tells them he can keep going. Meanwhile, the Akazaya Nine wake up and wonder who healed them. When they head out the door to return to the battle, Oden shows up.
