The battle between Blackbeard and Law continues, with the Heart Pirates attempting to sink their opponent's ship. One Piece Chapter 1064 Recap
The cover of One Piece Chapter 1064 depicts Charlotte Pudding being captured by Kuzan and Van Augur. She was kidnapped after awakening her third eye and learning to read Lode Poneglyphs.
Trafalgar Law and the Heart Pirates face off against the Blackbeard Pirates following the events of the previous chapter.
As Blackbeard launches his Quake attack, Law orders his crew to protect their Polar Tang submarine while he uses his Room attack to split Stronger's body in half.
The attacks of Blackbeard and Law collide, causing the islands and waves to shake, much to the surprise of the Heart Pirates.
Meanwhile, Doc Q launches apple bombs at the Heart Pirates after discovering that Stronger may have kicked the bucket.
However, Shachi, who was already submerged, launches a water strike to return the apple bombs to Doc Q, causing another massive explosion.
Bepo suddenly alerts Jean Bart that a sniper is attempting to assassinate Trafalgar Law. Jean Bart, as ordered, defended Trafalgar Law from Van Augur's surprise attack.
Moving on, Law uses his Shock Willie attack on Blackbeard. This is the same awakened attack that Law used effectively against Big Mom back in Wano.
To Blackbeard's surprise, the Shock Willie attack injured him severely because he took it directly. As a result of his condition, Van Augur encourages Blackbeard to flee.
However, Blackbeard turns down Van Augur's offer and decides to face Law once more.
Law remarks that Blackbeard’s crew is full of devil fruit users who can’t really fight at sea where the Heart Pirates have the advantage.
The Heart Pirates start attacking Blackbeard’s ship from below with the goal of sinking it underwater. Blackbeard’s crew are all surprised to realize that the Heart Pirates are capable of fighting them at sea.
On Blackbeard’s ship, Charlotte Pudding is talking with two other prisoners in captivity.
She mentions how the Blackbeard Pirates are facing off against the killer of her mother, and how the new eras happen when the old legends are gone.
Back in the fight, Blackbeard surprises Law with his Black Vortex attack.
Meanwhile, in the Navy HQ, a Den Den Mushi announces that Blackbeard and Law have made contact on Winter Island in the New World.
After learning this information, a frustrated Akainu is forced to wait once more before acting as a fleet admiral.
On Egghead Island, the Pacifista who resembled Bartholomew Kuma stopped attacking Luffy and the others as soon as they used Bonney's devil fruit ability to change their appearance and age.
Luffy and the others begin talking about Kuma's situation as a Pacifista. Jinbe reveals what he knows about Kuma's past and how Vegapunk was drawn to him because of his physical prowess.
Moreover, Kuma agreed to become Vegapunk's specimen for body modification and cloning experiments in exchange for the opportunity to roam the seas as a warlord once more.
In light of this, Bonney understands his father's actions, with the exception of Kuma's decision to become a mindless cyborg. It's the same as a death sentence for her.
Jinbe inquires about the crimes committed by the tyrant Kuma, which resulted in his life sentence, to which Bonney responds that his father was not a tyrant and that he despised the government, which is why he would never submit to them.
While Bonney restores everyone's age, she also reveals that her father used to tell her that he was part of a very special race, much to Chopper's surprise.
On the other hand, the massive Vegaforce 01 robot is carrying the Thousand Sunny in its palms as it flies toward Egghead Island.
Egghead Island, according to Vegapunk, is a futuristic city where the research stratum is directly above the clouds and the fabrication stratum, which houses the manufactured goods and research assistants, is directly below.
Vegapunk also informs everyone that Luffy is causing some trouble on the island but is nonetheless fine.
Nami, Sanji, Franky, Usopp, and Robin choose to explore Egghead Island while Zoro and Brook watch Thousand Sunny.
Vegapunk instructed everyone to use the Dress Transformation Machine to change into island-appropriate clothing.
Thereafter, everyone changed into futuristic attire except for Sanji, who is dressed in a tropical Hawaiian shirt.
Before the chapter ends, Vegapunk is talking with the Revolutionary Army’s Dragon in a Den Den Mushi.
