Sanji is still trying to grasp what is happening to his body and runs away from his battle with Queen. Kid is having problems during their fight with Big Mom. Killer and Hawkins continue to battle, but their fight finally reaches a conclusion in the most recent chapter of One Piece.
One Piece Chapter 1,029 Recap
Everyone is surprised that Sanji managed to break Queen's sword. Queen then realizes that it's something related to what Judge mentioned before, about enhanced humans. Sanji starts panicking because he doesn't want to end up like his siblings and starts running off. The other underlings of the Beast Pirates start shooting him, but the bullets just bounce off. Queen chases after him and tells him to put on his Raid Suit.
At the fight between Kid, Law, and Big Mom, Kid is currently experiencing a migraine. Law launches an attack while Kid is still helpless. Prometheus counterattacks and burns Law. Kid doesn't know what's causing his headache. Meanwhile, on the third floor, we find out that Kid's headache is caused by Hawkins, who's banging his head on a pillar. Killer tells Hawkins to release Kid, even in exchange for his life. Hawkins starts talking about how Killer can just surrender, and that their side has no chance of winning because they're against the Four Emperors.
Killer asks Hawkins what happens if he takes damage that isn't going to go anywhere. Hawkins replies that the damage obviously will be passed on to Kid. Killer slices off Hawkins' left arm, but Kid doesn't have a left arm. Killer also asks how many lives Hawkins has left if he removes the straw doll. Unfortunately, it turns out that it was Hawkins' last one. He looks at his cards and pulls out a tower, which symbolizes change and opening a new path. Killer successfully defeats Hawkins.

Drake and Apoo are discussing forming an alliance. They're talking in secret because it looks like Apoo has decided to leave the Beast Pirates. It is revealed that Kinemon is still alive, and the lower half of his body is going down the stairs.
Meanwhile, Orochi commands Kanjuro to bring an end to all that is happening in the castle of Onigashima. He then creates a large fire demon with his last breath, one that is incredibly destructive. Orochi wants the fire to reach the weapons so that everything will explode.
Kid and Law's abilities have been awakened, but they're difficult to use. Law uses a new technique and attacks Big Mom internally, causing her to vomit blood. Kid also uses a new technique, attacking Big Mom with the weapons around him, considering the weapons are drawn to him like a magnet.
