Okinawa de Suki ni Natta Ko revolves around Teruaki Nakamura, a boy who moved from Tokyo to Okinawa.
In this new city, he develops feelings for a girl named Hina Kyan. However, Teruaki faces a challenge in understanding her Okinawan dialect.
Fortunately, Kana Higa, a friend of Hina’s, consistently helps Teruaki by translating the dialect.
Unbeknownst to Teruaki, Kana harbors a secret crush on him.
