New Photo from Spider-Man: Miles Morales has Miles Wearing Peter's Suit

Though fans were expecting a straight-up sequel, the next Spider-Man game will be a spinoff centered on Miles Morales. With the game expected to launch this November with the PS5, Insomniac has released some new photos—one of which has Miles wearing Peter's Spider-Man outfit.

The post comes in the form of an article from the Daily Bugle, and writes about how there are now two Spider-Men swinging around New York:

The piece pretty much teases us what Miles will be like on his first run as Spider-Man, and we also have a photo of him in the hoodie and shorts like Miles Morales did in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. If you look closely, Miles is wearing the classic Spider-Man outfit under the hoodie, but he's also wearing black leggings with his shoes.

It's possible that Peter will loan him one of his old suits, and just like in the animated film, he'll re-color it to his preference. If anything, it's a great nod to Miles' look in Into the Spider-Verse, and a lot of people are hoping that suit will be available as a skin in-game.

While Peter's main adversary is expected to be the Green Goblin in the sequel, Miles is going up against the Tinkerer in his own game. Even though the Tinkerer is the big-bad though, I'm expecting we're still going to have more villains for Miles to go up against—one of which is the Prowler, who is closely tied to Miles' origin.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales is expected to launch alongside the PS5 on Nov. 12.
