Henry Cavill was revealed to have been sporting a mustache when he was filming for Justice League months ago. Fans were quite surprised to see Superman with a mustache, regardless, they would have actually preferred to see the actor with it. Now, a resurfaced photo gave fans a new look at Cavill's Superman with the mustache.

If you recall, Cavill had grown out a mustache for his role in Mission: Impossible - Fallout. It was said that Cavill wasn't allowed to shave his facial hair since it was included in the contract for the movie. This resulted in the editing team to remove Cavill's mustache with CGI. Unfortunately, a lot of people weren't fond of how the CGI came out and most of the fans preferred to see Superman in the mustache since it actually didn't look that bad. This might also be seen as a burden to DC since they had to pay huge amounts just to edit out the mustache.

Henry Cavill's mustache in Justice League caused quite a controversy but fans feel that the actor suited the facial hair and that it wasn't necessary to remove it through CGI. Here are some of the fans' thoughts:

If you would ask me, I think Superman with the mustache wasn't bad or it didn't look weird at all. It wouldn't be a bother to see Cavill with it and I think the money used for the CGI work could've made good use for other production purposes for the movie.
