New EW Cover Gives Great Look at Wonder Woman’s Kingdom Come Armor

Every superhero is expected to get a new costume with each sequel, and Wonder Woman 1984 is going to give us Diana's Gold Armor from the Kingdom Come, complete with helmet and wings. We don't really get to see it in action in the trailer, but a new cover from Entertainment Weekly gives us a better look.

We don't know how Diana gets the armor in the film, but it was created in Themyscira in the comics. With Diana officially embracing the mortals by the end of the first movie, it would be interesting to see what it would be like for her to come back to the Amazons. Then again, maybe the armor has a different way of finding its way to Diana. I guess we'll just have to watch and find out.

Though Birds of Prey has a lot of "girl power" in its message, Harley Quinn could never really be the role model that Wonder Woman is. Honestly, I think Birds of Prey would have done better if they didn't keep the R-Rating. I mean, losing a good chunk of the audience is not worth letting all the characters swear as much as they did.

Hopefully, Wonder Woman 1984 manages to succeed. Originally set to come out last November, everyone is eager to see the return of one of DC's Trinity.

Wonder Woman squares off against the Cheetah, a villainess who possesses superhuman strength and agility.
