NCT Doyoung and his co-star, Kwon Ah Reum, sparked relationship rumors recently.
Doyoung has been officially tapped to work with Han Ji Hyo in the upcoming TVING drama, To X Who Doesn’t Love Me. The series tells the story of a magical notebook that can make people fall in love with someone for a month.
The K-pop idol plays the role of Jung Shi Ho, the only person who knows the secret of the notebook owned by Han Ji Hyo’s Seo Hee Soo. He becomes worried when she suddenly tries to use it to experience a one-month romance.
Although Kwon Ah Reum is not the female lead, she reportedly caught Doyoung’s heart and started dating him.
Kwon Ah Reum, Doyoung Spark Romance Rumors
It all started when Kwon Ah Reum shared a photo of her on Instagram. While there is no problem with her photos, fans noticed that she constantly uses the word Ddoing in captions and comments.
Fans claimed that Ddoing is Doyoung’s nickname, prompting them to assume they are dating. It might not be surprising at all, though, as they have been tapped to work together in To X Who Doesn’t Love Me.

Both of them were born in 1996. While Doyoung has been part of the industry as an idol under NCT since 2016, Kwon Ah Reum only started acting in 2020.
While people have since approved it, Kwon Ah Reum’s agency quickly denied that she is dating the K-pop idol. SWMP already released a statement warning that it would take a legal action against malicious comments.
SWMP Clarifies Dating Rumors
In the statement, SMWP said that the dating rumors about Kwon Ah Reum are completely false. With that, it would reportedly not overlook the personal attacks and defamation against the actress.
“We are currently collecting information through continuous monitoring, and we will take strong action without any leniency against those who write false rumors, write malicious comments, and share rumors,” it went on.
SWMP also pledged to do everything to protect their artists’ images and rights.
