NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13: What Happened To Kensi In The Latest Episode

Agent Kensi Blye is visibly in peril after going missing during an uncover mission. In Episode 8, The Land of Wolves, Admiral Kilbride (Gerald McRaney) spoke with the team and delivered some bad news. There were many dead bodies in the area where Kensi was working undercover.

The team is concerned about her safety, especially because they haven't heard from her since. Agent Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen) is beside himself at the thought of Kensi in danger.

It is later revealed that she is on the run from Gomez's (Alex Elin Goyco) cartel. She has been shot and is seriously injured.

NCIS: Los Angeles Season 13: Will Kensi Die?

It's unlikely that Kensi will die anytime soon. There is no indication that Rua, who has been part of the series since Season 1, is leaving the show, Express reported.

Rua has been part of the show since it premiered and has remained among the key members of the team.

Also, her marriage to Deeksi is among the audience's favorite plots. The viewers will surely be distraught if the producers kill her, especially when the couple is at the point of starting their own family.

Also, a clip shows that Deeks and Sam (LL Cool J) will rescue Kensi. While on the run, Kensi is accompanied by a teenager named Rosa. The NCIS agents will be successful in taking down the enemies. And Kensi hugs and assures Rosa that "it's over."

Deeks later finds his wife and she introduces him to Rosa. It remains unknown if Rosa will still appear in the next episode. However, some fans are hoping that the couple will adopt her.

The show is on hiatus this week but will return on Jan. 23 with two episodes.
