My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2 Trailer Reveals New Cast and Crew, Opening Theme Song & Artist, and More

I admit it. I was one of the many people who, during the spring 2020 anime season, completely loved this cute little romantic comedy titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! and wanted badly for it to get a second season as soon as the first one was finished. Finally, after months of waiting (months, I tell you!), we're finally getting our first look at the upcoming second season of My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2 (officially titled My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! X). In a brand new 90 second trailer, we get to meet the new cast members but also get a solid look into the primary story that we'll be following for the second series before it premieres this coming July.

In this shojoisekai series, we meet a young girl named Katarina Claes who is spoiled and rotten. No one enjoys dealing with her until one day when she bumps her head, which causes a massive change in her personality. Why the change? It's because she's now remembered that she's actually a reincarnated otaku from Japan who has been reborn into her favorite otome game from her original world, Fortune Lover. Not only that, though, but she's also realized that she's the villain of the game and is destined to meet some pretty tragic endings! Determined to change her fate, Katarina works for the rest of her life in service to subverting all of her bad endings!

As you can see in the above trailer, in the second season we're going to be dealing with a panicked harem as our lead character, Katarina, is going to be kidnapped by some unknown entity! If I'm understanding the trailer correctly though, it at least looks like she's being treated well at least.

My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2 Cast and Crew Members

Mostly, the cast and crew are staying the same with only minor alterations to the list. The biggest change comes in the form of 4 new cast members (character names first):

Geoffrey Stuart: Takehito Kayasu
Susanna Randall: Sumire Uesaka
Ian Stuart: Yusuke Shirai
Selena Burke: Yui Ogura

How many of these new characters are going to join Katarina's harem? I have no idea, but it's going to be a lot of fun finding out!

My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2 Theme Song Artists

Another thing that is staying the same from season 1 is the theme song artists which will feature the sensational duo angela performing the opening theme song titled "Andante ni Koi o Shite!". The ending theme will also feature a returning act as Shouta Aoi performs "give me ♡ me."

My Next Life as a Villainess: All Routes Lead to Doom! Season 2 is shaping up to be just as amazing as the first, and I can only hope that Katarina finds her happy ending at some point!
