My Isekai Life Episode 3 Recap
Yuji, Tina, and Lisa are on a quest. They are currently at Delight Gorge, an area where wind travels abnormally. As they are traveling, the slimes and Proud Wolf are patrolling the area.
At one point, Tina found it odd that they have not encountered any monsters yet while traveling. Yuji tells her the slimes took care of the surrounding monsters. Tina and Lisa point out how dependable Yuji is.
At the same time, Tina and Lisa also commend the slimes for being powerful. Yuji remembers his adventurer exam, where the examiner was shocked by his power level.
The group is searching for the Earth Dragon to investigate it. Eventually, the Earth Dragon emerges from underground. Tina and Lisa hide behind some boulders, but Yuji says he will try to defeat the creature.
Yuji thinks about not overdoing things, so he decides to use weaker spells. He also makes use of Delight Gorge's abnormal winds to his fighting advantage. Eventually, he incinerates the Earth Dragon.
While traveling, the party notices the sky get dark and change color. At the guild, Branch Manager Rayard and Priest Steyl see the sky. The priest takes out a book of myths and explains the prophecy. Thanks to the slimes, Yuji gets a preview of what the Blue Dragon looks like.
Eventually, the party returns to the guild. The guild's receptionist is surprised to hear they defeated the Earth Dragon and caught a high-profile bandit. Rayard brings Yuji to the meeting involving the Blue Dragon.
Yuji shows them an image of the dragon, and Steyl counterchecks with his book. Rayard and Steyl also mention something about a divine ritual done in the Capital. Apparently, alongside the emergence of the Blue Dragon, there should be a divine spirit whose powers are similar to a god.
Rayard calls for battle preparations since they will fight a Mythical Class enemy who has the power to destroy the world. Steyl hands Yuji a short sword from the church since he doesn't know how to wield it.
