The first time we come across the show's antagonist is when he arrives at the airport. Wasting no time, this mystery man heads off to a parked delivery truck in the parking area.

Surprisingly, he has the keys to the truck. He also finds the different things he needs for his mission: a satellite phone and a series of envelopes with a number on them.

Using the phone, Frank receives his mission from an unknown person. He receives a text message containing nothing but a number. This indicates the person who will be Frank's next target from the pile.

And as he makes it through the list of his victims, we come to know that Frank is one skilled killer.

But who is Frank? And was he always a villain?

Towards the end of the first batch of episodes released by Disney+, we come to know Frank through the flashbacks he had.

But first, who plays Frank? The character is played by Ryoo Seung-bum, a South Korean actor who became famous in the films directed by his older brother, Ryoo Seung-wan. Some of Seung-bum's films include Die Bad, The Unjust, The Berlin File, and many more.

In Moving, Seung-bum is the hired assassin who comes from the US. As a child, he grew up with his mother, who was a singer at a US bar. She sold off her son to US soldiers because he had regenerative powers.

Together with other kids, Frank had to kill in order to survive. In the end, he is one of the eight kids who remain alive. They were also tattooed on the back with a giant letter corresponding to their number.

Frank is the sixth to survive, which is why he has a large "F" letter tattoo on his back. Despite managing to survive, Frank is haunted by the memory of him killing another child in the cornfield.

But in order to survive, Frank had no choice but to do it.

Upon landing in South Korea, Frank hides his identity as a courier driver. Instead of delivering packages, he uses his cover as a way to get past security and close to his targets.

He successfully manages to kill these former agents:

  • Jung Sang-jin (aka Jincheon) - played by Baek Hyun-jin
  • Jeon Young-seok (aka Bongpyeong) - played by Choi Duk-moon
  • Hong Sung-hwa (aka Naju) - played by Kim Guk Hee
  • Jeon Gye-do - played by Cha Tae-hyun

Gye-do wasn't originally part of his targets, but because he was looking for his father's (Bongpyeong) killer, Frank had no choice but to protect himself.

When Lee Mi-hyun (played by Han Hyu-joo) became his target, his mission was suddenly paused midway. Instead, he was ordered by his superior, a US CIA agent called Mark (played by Daniel C. Kennedy), to go after Jang Ju-won (played by Ryoo Seung-ryong).

At first, Frank runs over Ju-won with his truck, making sure he is dead. When he is sure of this, he drives away to a secluded area. He believes Ju-won has been killed in the accident. However, Ju-won slides from under the van and attacks Frank.

The two have the same powers, which is why it is interesting to know how they would kill the other. But when Ju-won gets a chance, he makes sure not to waste it.

He pins Frank to a loose piece of metal from the truck and repeatedly bashes his face in. The show depicts a gory match between the two, but considering Frank has regenerative powers, it's possible that he still survives the attack.

What we know, however, is that Ju-won exits the location after setting the truck on fire. Perhaps, he knows that there is no way Frank could have survived the bashing and the fire.

Right now, we can only speculate whether Frank is still alive or not. Whatever it is, we're sure that Ju-won did a number on him with all the bashing on his face.
