While Hallyu continues to show its reign in the international scene, Google released a list of the top most searched K-dramas this 2022.
From original series to adaptation these K-dramas definitely piqued the interest of viewers with their entertaining plot and amazing cast lineup.
Extraordinary Attorney Woo
Topping the list is the smash hit K-drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo which stars Park Eun Bin, Kang Ki Young, and Kang Tae Oh.
The 16 part series definitely made a mark on viewers hence why it ranked first in the top 10 most searched K-dramas this 2022.
It follows the story of a 27-year-old Woo Young Woo, played by Park Eun Bin who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder but named to graduate at the top of her class and enter one of the top-tier law firms in the city.
2. Narcos Saints
The Netflix original series entered the second place as the most searched K-drama of 2022.
Headlined by top stars Hwang Jung Min, ha Jung Woo, Park Hae Soo, and more, Narco Saints made it to Netflix's top 10 global tv shows for weeks, showing its popularity worldwide.
The 6-part episode series depicts the journey of a Korean entrepreneur who entered Suriname but got caught up in a mission between the most wanted drug dealer and NIS.

3. One Dollar Lawyer
Google also included the Namgoong Min-led K-drama One Dollar Lawyer at the third spot in the most searched K-drama of 2022.
The comedy law drama series was lauded by viewers for its entertaining storyline and not to mention Namgoong Min’s amazing portrayal of Chu Ji Hun.
4. All Of Us Are Dead
The list will not be complete without the K-zombie series that dominated 2022. It is none other than the Netflix original series All Of Us Are Dead.
Starring rising stars Park Ji Hu, Yoon Chang Young, Cho Yi Hyun, Lomon, and more, the story depicts the survival of a group of high school students who were trapped in a zombie-infested campus.
5. Twenty Five Twenty One
From zombies to rom-com, tvN’s Twenty Five, Twenty One made it to fifth place as most watched K-dramas of 2022.
The 16-part episode series stars Kim Tae Ri, and Nam Joo Hyuk with Choi Hyun Wook and MJSN’s Bona as lead stars.
Although it surprised viewers with the drama’s “unhappy ending” the audience lauded the unique plot twist and cast lineup, especially the main characters.
6. Big Mouth
Landing at sixth place in the most searched K-dramas of 2022 is Big Mouth starring Lee Jong Suk and YoonA.
Initially released by MBC, the thriller mystery series is not only the reason why the drama gained massive popularity among the viewers but also the chemistry between the two lead stars.
7. Reborn Rich
Although it is not surprising that Song Joong Ki’s drama entered 7th place, Reborn Rich is currently raking in positive feedback and publicity from netizens and media.
The JTBC series is Song Joong Ki’s K-drama comeback after the hit series Vincenzo.
8. A Business Proposal
Landing at 8th place is the rom-com K-drama A Business Proposal.
Starring Ahn Hyo Seop and Kim Sejeong, the series is based on the popular webtoon The Office Blind Date which follows the story of Kang Tae Moo and Shin Hari’s love-hate relationship.
9. Our Blues
Ranking in 9th place is the omnibus-style K-drama Our Blues.
The healing series featured a star-studded cast depicting the unique story of their characters. It includes Lee Byung Hun, Shin Min Ah, Kim Woo Bin, and more.
10. Pachinko
Lastly, capping the rundown of most searched K-dramas of 2022 according to google is the Apple TV+’s Pachinko.
The novel-based series featured Lee Min Ho, newcomer Kang Min Ha, and veteran actress Youn Yuh Jung as the lead stars.
