More Black Widow Set Photos has Natasha Training in the Mountains

Production for Black Widow has already begun in Norway, and we've been seeing set photos of Scarlett Johansson here and there. Just in, we have a new photo of Widow, and it looks like she's training up in the mountains.

With Widow dying in Avengers: Endgame, a lot of people think that this movie is definitely going to be a period piece detailing her origins before SHIELD. Personally, I would prefer that the story move forward instead. Maybe the film could be focusing on who will take on the Black Widow mantle, and at the same time we have shots of Widow following her path as an assassin.

While I'm fine with the period setting, I kind of wish that they pushed forward with the story instead. I mean, why do women-led comic book films have to be set in the past; just look at Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel. At least with this Widow movie, I'm hoping we get some kind of insight in what's in store for the future of the MCU.

While no specific release date has been set, the Black Widow movie is set to come out sometime in 2020.

Adrift in space with no food or water, Tony Stark sends a message to Pepper Potts as his oxygen supply starts to dwindle. Meanwhile, the remaining Avengers -- Thor, Black Widow, Captain America and Bruce Banner -- must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown with Thanos -- the evil demigod who decimated the planet and the universe.

For now, you can catch Natasha Romanoff in Avengers: Endgame which is still out in theaters.
