Marvel Studios finally entered the world of streaming last year in dominating fashion and it's pretty safe to say that their series game was incredibly strong. Now, if you thought that was it, we barely scratched the surface and 2022 will only be bigger. This week, the production company finally released the official trailer for Moon Knight, their first spinoff series for this year and as expected, it had everyone buzzing.

Not only did it leave every MCU fan at the edge of their seats, but the teaser set a brand new record not only for Marvel but for Disney as well. The trailer for the Oscar Isaac-led show has garnered one million likes on YouTube since the time of uploading, a first for any Marvel series or Disney+ offering for that matter.

Obviously, it's a good sign for everyone involved because it pretty much shows that the fandom is already invested in the project even before its actual release on the House of Mouse's namesake streaming service.

Marvel Studios' bold move to venture into streaming was initially seen as a huge gamble by a lot of people but thanks to the unprecedented success of shows like WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, and the recently-concluded Hawkeye, there's no more doubt that Kevin Feige and his crew made the right call. Not only that, but the sudden abundance in MCU-related projects also proves that there's no such thing as "superhero fatigue", something that many critics were concerned about.

Moon Knight will begin streaming on March 30, 2022, exclusively on Disney+.
