Warning: if you haven't seen the latest episode of Moon Knight, this article contains major spoilers so read at your own risk!
We've already established over the last couple of weeks that Marvel Studios' Moon Knight is unlike any MCU spinoff series that came before it. But just as viewers were beginning to get understand the show's complex story, Episode 4 raised the craziness and confusion, seemingly dialing everything to eleven.
Titled "The Tomb", the fourth episode pretty much started in typical Moon Knight fashion, with Marc Spector/Steven Grant, his estranged wife Layla El-Faouly, and Arthur Harrow continuing their quest to find Ammit. Just as Marc and Layla were gaining the upper hand after securing another key to Ammit's whereabouts that was kept hidden in Alexander the Great's throat, Harrow shoots Marc in the chest twice and this is where all the craziness begins to take place.
After the shocking sequence, Marc wakes up in a mental institution where it was revealed that he is one of Harrow's patients. Judging by the last 10 minutes of Episode 4, it seemingly suggests that everything we thought we knew about Marc Spector's journey wasn't real.

The last 10 minutes of Episode 4 may have felt like a massive fever dream but there's no denying that amid all of the confusion, things just got a lot more intriguing. I don't know what Marvel is trying to pull but I feel like the last two episodes of the show will continue to melt our minds.
