Miss Kuroitsu Episode 1 Release Date

Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department is a comedy manga series by Hiroaki Mizusaki. It was serialized online through Comic Meteor website in 2019. As of this writing, it can be collected in three tankobon volumes.

Quad decided to adapt the manga into an anime with Hisashu Saito as the director and Katsushiko Takayama as the one in charge of overseeing the script. The series follows the life of Touka Kuroitsu who is employed at a company that creates monsters. The company gives these monsters to a secret organization called Agastya, an evil group that fights all allies of justice.

Miss Kuroitsu Episode 1 Details

The premiere date of Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department is on January 9, 2022 at 12:00 PM US EST. It will be released on ANiMAZiNG!!! and ABC. Crunchyroll acquired license over the series to stream it for fans residing outside Japan and Asia. The streaming site has a free trial period for those who are new to the site.

This means that non-members can stream Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department for free. They can also check out other titles available on the site. But after the trial period, viewers must register. Registration is easy and the membership fee would cost $9.99 per month. Members can also pay a yearly fee of $79.99, which costs less than paying monthly.

For the total number of episodes, Quad or Crunchyroll has not made any official announcement for fans. Hopefully, an update will be available soon. The series will come with English subtitles for western audiences but those who prefer to watch in English dub will have to wait for Crunchyroll’s statement. The streaming giant is known to offer dubbed versions of its title and it could be possible for Miss Kuroitsu to have one in the future.

Miss Kuroitsu from the Monster Development Department will focus more on the villains. Miss Kuroitsu and the rest of her team will create monsters or villains to defeat heroes. It has been said that each episode will have a hero that will narrate to add impact to the story.
