Elma is doing better at her job and Kobayashi is definitely growing on her. Tohru is badass as usual, and the whole gang takes a trip to the amusement park.

Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid Season 2 Episode 4 Recap
Elma has leveled up from serving tea at their workplace to doing some actual coding. Takiya mentions that Kobayashi took Elma's workload while she was still learning how to code. Elma becomes concerned, thinking that Kobayashi is sacrificing herself. Kobayashi assures her it's fine and that it's an unnecessary concern.
Tohru is assigned to do patrol work around the neighborhood. There were reports of a suspicious person roaming around (who turns out to be Fafnir). Elma is shocked that Tohru is preserving peace within the city, considering she's part of the chaos faction. Tohru runs into some delinquents and immediately defeats them.
The Kobayashi household and Saikawa go to an amusement park together. Kanna, Ilulu, and Saikawa roam around and enjoy while Georgie takes photos and supports them in the background. Kobayashi tries to explain to Tohru what makes the amusement park attractions fun. They also end up in a cafe that has Victorian-era maids, which made Kobayashi very happy.
