Yulia hasn't forgotten what Miko did to her, and she is determined to find out more information on Miko's abilities. The three of them go on a trip in the mountains, and things get terrifying when they end up in a haunted tunnel.

Mieruko-chan Episode 7 Recap
In school, Hana tells Miko about how their selfie at the shrine got a lot of likes, motivating her to try to get into photography. She takes a photo of Miko with a polaroid camera, which makes Miko nervous after seeing a ghost passing by behind her in the picture. Yulia jumps in on the conversation and encourages Hana to take more photos — something which Miko wanted to do the opposite due to the possible horrors they might see.
As suggested by Yulia, the three of them go to a mountain so Hana can shoot cool photos. Yulia leads them to a tunnel which she knows is haunted, in an attempt to measure Miko's abilities. As expected, there were multiple ghosts in the tunnel. Yulia is overthinking and misinterpreting Miko's actions, leading her to believe that Miko is incredibly powerful. Miko wants to get out before they end up seeing something much worse, but it is too late. A ghost with multiple arms and legs showed up and started using chains to drag the other ghosts to itself, consuming them. Miko is freaking out because she doesn't know what to do to try to pull Hana out of the tunnel. Plus, she isn't sure if Yulia can see that specific ghost.
While Miko tries to lure Hana out of the tunnel, Yulia mistakes it as Miko exorcising the ghosts near them. Since Yulia can't see the ghost with chains, she thinks that it's Miko exorcising them when in reality, they're just getting eaten by the former. Yulia is shocked by Miko's powers, thinking that she's on an entirely different level compared to her. She asks Miko again if she sees them, and the ghost notices this. Miko is running out of time and the ghost is getting closer and closer. She pulls Yulia and Hana closer to her, and before the ghost has a chance to grab them, the two spirits from the shrine show up and make the ghost disappear. On their way back, Miko and Yulia look defeated. But Hana cheers them up and takes a selfie, making Yulia happy because she finally made some friends.
