However, one publication claimed to know exciting details from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s Christmas plans.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Will Celebrate Christmas With Friends, Doria Ragland
OK! magazine, in its Dec. 20 issue, claimed that Prince Harry and Markle will enjoy a homecooked meal on Christmas Day. Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland will reportedly celebrate Christmas with the couple in Montecito.
Some of Prince Harry and Markle’s close friends like Katharine McPhee and David Foster will also join them in their celebration.
“They’ll have some get-togethers with friends and colleagues who’ve been by their side through thick and thin this year,” the unnamed source said.
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Has Several Gifts For Archie, Lilibet Diana
Prince Harry and Markle will also, allegedly, send some of their family and friends in England gifts and cards. But it is their gifts for their children that they are most excited about.
“They’ve done a ton of thoughtful shopping and the toys, books, and other treats from Santa are going to make the little ones very happy. Though at the end of the day, all that matters to Harry is that they’ll be together,” the unnamed source concluded.
Last year, People claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex started creating their own Christmas traditions as a family.
“It’s Harry’s second Christmas away from England, and Meghan wants to make sure it’s special for everyone. They are creating their own traditions at their new home. They both love Christmas and have been decorating with Archie,” a source said.

Meghan Markle’s First Christmas In The UK Was Fantastic
Before Prince Harry and Markle relocated to the United States, the latter experienced what it was like to celebrate Christmas with the royal family in the United Kingdom.
In 2017, the Duke of Sussex shared that Markle’s first Christmas with the royal family was fantastic.
“There’s always that family part of Christmas, but there’s that work element as well. I think together we had an amazing time, staying with my brother and sister-in-law, running around with the kids and Christmas was fantastic,” Prince Harry told BBC Radio 4’s Today show.
Prince Harry also made a surprising comment when he said that his wife was able to spend time with the family she’s never had.
At the time, Markle had just cut ties with her dad, Thomas Markle Sr., and her half-siblings, Thomas Markle Jr. and Samantha Markle. The Duchess of Sussex did not invite her half-brother and half-sister to her wedding because they were never close, to begin with.
As for Markle’s dad, Thomas Sr. was initially invited to Prince Harry and Markle’s royal wedding. But he was unable to make it after he underwent a heart procedure days before the ceremony at Windsor Castle.
As of late, Prince Harry and Markle’s Christmas plans remain unknown. But one thing’s for sure, they won’t visit Queen Elizabeth in the United Kingdom this year.
