Warning: if you haven't seen the latest episode of Loki, this article contains spoilers so read at your own risk!
There's no denying that Marvel Studios' latest Phase 4 offering Loki is sweeping the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe fandom off its feet but despite the entertainment factor the series brings, a lot of people are left confused by the things that have been going on in the show. For the uninitiated, the series, led by Tom Hiddleston revolves around Loki Laufeyson's mission as an "unofficial" TVA agent to restore the sacred timeline that his other version has been tampering with.
To be totally fair, it's pretty understandable how the premiere episode caused bewilderment amongst viewers because many of us are only learning about certain things just now with regards to the sacred timeline, the variants, and more. Fans were hoping that Episode 2 would've made things a lot simpler but as it turns out, it only caused more confusion.
Taking to Twitter, MCU fans did praise the show for being absolutely entertaining but a lot of people were admittedly lost especially after seeing Episode 2. Check out some of the reactions here:
The show does have its fair share of confusing moments and even I have to admit that I've been puzzled more than once trying to keep up with what's going on in the series. It even left me without a choice but to give it a second watch. But I guess that's the beauty of Loki and the thing I like most about it is that it challenges your mind. Obviously, it's not your typical Marvel series or film, and watching every episode would totally require a lot of focus and concentration. Still, I'm hoping that future episodes will be easier to digest.
