Marvel Studios Allegedly Considering Bringing Netflix Heroes to the MCU

Though Marvel Netflix shows like to reference the films, they are clearly of a very different world from the MCU. With Kevin Feige now handling Marvel TV though, there's a chance that some established TV characters could find their way into the films.

Nothing is officially set in stone yet, but MCU Cosmic writes that "someone very important at Marvel Studios" was actually a fan of the treatment of Daredevil and Jessica Jones, and it's likely they would like to bring the characters into the established movie universe.

Of course, even if Marvel wants to bring the characters in, they have to wait for a few more years before they're allowed to make new iterations of the heroes—much like the case with X-Men and Fantastic Four.

What some fans want is not a full overhaul of the Marvel Netflix characters, but rather a "soft reboot" if you will. That means that they want the MCU to simply introduce these characters in a small way, and do away with the origin story, seeing that there are already full series behind them. If you ask me, they could easily bring in Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson for the She-Hulk series. Maybe they can bring in Jessica Jones for Ms. Marvel or Moon Knight. How about Iron Fist in Shang-Chi?

For now, all we have are rumors, but hopefully, Marvel Studios manages to utilize all its characters to their best potential.

The first Marvel show under Feige's wing is The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, and it comes out in the fall of 2020. Disney+ launches on Nov. 12.
