In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we've already seen Sam Wilson usher in a new era in the franchise as he officially became the new Captain America, honoring the rich legacy of the shield and so far, the former Falcon is off to a promising start.

Meanwhile, on the comics side of things, a who's who of iconic Marvel superheroes are paying tribute to the legacy of Steve Rogers. We reported last week that Spider-Man Miles Morales exchanged his black and red colors for Cap's red, white, and blue on the special commemorative cover of the upcoming Miles Morales: Spider-Man #28.
