The upcoming Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU) film Madame Web will center on a group of all-female heroes that is led by Dakota Johnson's Cassandra Webb who all possess great spider-based power similar to the iconic web-slinger.
So far, it is unknown yet whether the new movie will have a major reference or connection to Spider-Man since the characters are usually associated with him in the comics.
However, there have been rumors that the film will do its own version of the iconic line "With great power, comes great responsibility," a dialogue that has always been synonymous with the origins of Spider-Man in both the comics and the film adaptations.

What is Madame Web's Version of 'With Great Power' Line?
As we've seen throughout the history of comics and film adaptations of Spider-Man, it was Uncle Ben Parker who usually says the line "With great power, comes great responsibility" to Peter Parker. The phrase is always spoken sometime before the elderly meets his demise.
Multiple variations of the line have also been mentioned by different characters in almost every Spider-Man movie. It's always spoken by a mentor figure to the hero during a pivotal moment.
Most notably, in Spider-Man: No Way Home, it was Aunt May who said the full version of the line, "With great power, there must also come great responsibility," to Peter Parker right before she died.
Madame Web will have its own version of the iconic line. Online scooper @Cryptic4KQual claimed that the film's final cut will have the line, "When you take on the responsibility, great power will come."
It is unknown yet which character will speak the film's variation of the iconic line, but it is worth noting that a young Ben Parker is rumored to be featured in the movie and will be played by Adam Scott.
Why is Madame Web Changing the Line?
There is no explanation yet regarding Sony's decision to have Madame Web feature its own version of the iconic "with great power" line.
The filmmakers have also not confirmed the rumor that they'll have their own take on "With great power, comes great responsibility." If it is true, it is likely that we will hear them discuss it sometime after the film releases.
It is possible that the film simply just didn't want to do the exact line since it is usually associated with the origins of Spider-Man and they don't want to mess it up by using it in a different character.
For now, let's wait and see how it all plays out and it is also interesting to see how pivotal the line is going to be when we hear it get mentioned in the film.
