Love of Kill Episode 7 has a lot to answer for. The josei anime, also known as Koroshi Ai, started with a mediocre couple of episodes, but, whether you love it or not, you can't deny that the latest episode ended in a killer cliffhanger.

Love of Kill Episode 6 Recap
Love of Kill or Koroshi Ai, as is the show's original Japanese title, is a 12-episode anime based on a manga of the same name, written and illustrated by Fe. The story follows Chateau Dankworth, a quiet, stoic assassin, tasked with killing Son Ryang-ha - also a notorious killer, legendary for having killed 18 officials in one night. Their first encounter reveals that Song is also after Chateau.
As it turns out, though, he doesn't plan on persecuting her in the way you would expect. Song offers her gifts in the form of targets, and endeavors to get to know her better. In time, the two end up working together - but don't worry, the story is still more about action and mystery, rather than romance as such.
Episode 6 takes place almost entirely aboard the cruise ship - a great setting for murder mysteries. Chateau and her team are tasked with protecting their boss's wife, a rich businesswoman, who, however, happens to be Ryang-ha's target. In exchange for not attacking her, Ryang-ha asks for Chateau to spend the cruise with him, to which she reluctantly agrees, hoping that she can at least observe him.
The chemistry between the two main characters had improved in the previous episode, but becomes a problem once more in this one. The romance seems entirely one-sided from Ryang-ha's part. However, there's finally an indication of a reason for all that. Chateau thinks that Ryang-ha might be acting the way he does in order to observe her. When she suggests it, he opens his eyes - and given that he's one of those anime characters who only open their eyes when things are serious, we're tempted to believe she's right.
Chateau's boss calls her to inform her that he has hired additional guards and asks to speak to Ryang-ha. He mentions the name "Chateau Noble" which Chateau claimed as her own when she was first found and asks that they meet.
Indeed, a meeting does happen that night, with Ryang-ha announcing himself by unleashing his dagger. We don't quite see what has happened between, but Jim informs Chateau that he cannot reach their boss, and the next scene features a bleeding Euripedes, leaving his fate uncertain.
Love of Kill Episode 7 Release Date
Love of Kill Episode 6 is going to air on Thursday, the 24th of February 2022, in Japan. Those in Europe, Canada, and the US will be able to watch it from Wednesday, February 23. Non-subscribed Crunchyroll users will have to wait an extra week, until March 2, and there will be ads.
