Loki Season 2 Adds Indiana Jones Star Ke Huy Quan in Mystery Role

The second season of Loki is now currently in production in London after the success of the first installment last year. While most of the details have been kept under wraps, the main cast from the first season is confirmed to return continuing where the story left off. Now, it looks like the upcoming season has added a prominent name to its cast.

As reported by Variety, during their recent D23 presentation, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige announced that Everything Everywhere All at Once star Ke Huy Quan is joining the cast of the second season of Loki. The details regarding his role are being kept under wraps except that he is playing a TVA employee.

"I’m very confused: Is this not the Indiana Jones panel?," Quan joked on stage during the presentation referencing his iconic role of Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

During their appearance on stage, Tom Hiddleston teased about what we can expect in the upcoming season, "Season 2 picks up where Season 1 left off. Loki is back in the TVA and Mobius don’t seem to know who he is."

"It’s a little bit like that Talking Heads song. And in season two we’re going to answer, ‘How did I get here?," Owen Wilson, who plays Mobius, added.

Marvel also showed exclusive footage from the second season to the D23 audience. According to the report, some of the scenes are Loki glitching out and being pulled through time without any control, shots of Loki and Mobius in tuxes, another shot of three Lokis in tuxes, and more status of Kang the Conqueror.
