What Happened to Lisa at the End of Lisa Frankenstein?
All Lisa ever wanted was to feel loved and to make love to the man of her dreams. Even though that man didn't turn out to be Michael Trent, the Creature "granted" her wish and gave her the night she always wanted.
Considering that Lisa knew this was going to be her last night, she didn't want to die a virgin. And, well, the Creature did cut off her high school crush's p*nis. You probably know where that went.
The minute Lisa had what she wanted, she knew she had to die. Ironically, the tanning bed that brought the Creature to life became Lisa's undoing.
She had the Creature turn up the tanning bed to 'Max Bronze', with the machine bursting into flames and the Creature left to mourn her inside the garage.
A few weeks passed and Taffy and her father went to the local graveyard to lay down flowers for Lisa, seemingly portraying that she was dead.
However, something bothered Taffy upon reading her step-sister's epitaph. So, what was it?

The Meaning of Epitaph on Lisa's Grave Explored
When Lisa was tending to the Creature's tombstone, the word "Unmarried" was marked on his grave.
However, what shocked Taffy on Lisa's grave was that the corner of her tombstone had the words, "Beloved Wife" in the end.
The camera pans and surprises fans that Lisa is alive, wrapped around in bundles of tissues as the Creature reads to her, their fingers wearing golden wedding rings. So, what happened here?
Since there are no post-credit scenes to explain what happened, the most that we can do is speculate.
Most fans are convinced that even though Lisa was buried, the Creature decided to "return the favor" and dug her back up, in an attempt to bring her back to life. Surely enough, he succeeded.
While he was reading to her in her mummified state in his lap, she came alive then and there before the credits rolled on the screen, leaving the audience mystified at the twisted end of their coming-of-RAGE love story.
