Lee Min Ho dishes more details regarding his much talked about comeback drama Pachinko.
The Hallyu actor is among the lead stars of the Apple TV+ series alongside Oscar-winning Youn Yuh Jung, rookie actress Kim Min Ha, Devs and Love Life star Jin Ha, Japanese–New Zealander actress Ana Sawai and more.
Based on the novel of the same name written by Manhattan-based author and journalist Min Jin Lee, the highly-anticipated series focuses on the life of Sunja, who grew up in a challenging environment.
Pachinko revolves around the generation in the eyes of Sunja as she encounters a devastating fate amid the Korean and Japanese clash.
In the eight-part episode series, the 34-year-old star took on the role of Ko Hansu, a Korean man who was adopted by a wealthy Japanese family and became a successful merchant and fish broker.
He was then captivated by Sunja's undeniable charm and eventually fell head over heels with her.
Kim Min Ha and Lee Min Ho's love scene caught the public's attention after viewers felt the intimacy between the two lead stars.
Weeks after the Pachinko successfully made its global debut, the South Korean A-lister spoke about their preparations for the scene.

The 34-year-old sought-after leading man graced Dazed Korea's latest issue.
Lee Min Ho flaunted his oozing charm and stunning visuals as he posed for the publication's latest cover.
In addition, he also talked about his experience filming Pachinko, one of which is the most talked-about intimate scene with Kim Min Ha.
As noted by Xports News, the Hallyu star was stunned to see the size of the location set in Canada, especially how the crew created the Korean fish market during the Japanese colonial period.
"I realized the details and scale of this work again when I saw several 1.5-ton trucks carrying and setting biological seafood in the morning," he shared, pointing out how the production crew went all out and was keen even on the smallest detail.
In addition, he also revealed that actors had to do counseling as part of their preparation for an intimate scene.
Lee Min Ho says that experts provide the cast members counseling to study their current emotions and psychological status before filming a kiss or bed scene, noting that these details are "extraordinary."
To recall, both Pachinko lead stars garnered praise after seeing Lee Min Ho's other side as an actor and Kim Min Ha's flexibility as an actress despite being a newbie.

In addition, the Hallyu star shared that upon reading the script, he could easily relate to the characters the way they act in a particular situation, especially Ko Hansu.

Lee Min Ho also mentioned that the team doesn't focus on accomplishment indicators "such as box office performance" but wants to do their best to produce good results and express the deep story behind Pachinko.
