The 32-year-old actor stars in his K-drama comeback Big Mouth where plays third-rate lawyer turned con artist, Park Chang Ho.

In the noir-themed series, Lee Jong Suk is paired with Girls’ Generation’s YoonA, who plays his wife Go Mi Ho.

Big Mouth is raking good reviews and high viewership ratings since it made its premiere on July 29.

He revealed that he was nervous to return to his activities and come back into the spotlight.

Interestingly, one of his first activities was shooting for the publication.

“It’s the first time that fans have seen me in two years,” he said, as translated by Koreaboo.

In preparation, the actor revealed that he went on a strict diet and did fasting for a few days because he gained 10kg.

He said that the pandemic made it hard to lose weight because the accessibility to the gym was quite impossible.

At the time, Lee Jong Suk’s workout focused on home training and dieting.
